Under the Skill development activities technical, interpersonal, cognitive, and practical skills are provided. Success in both the personal and professional spheres depends on effective skill development since it improves an individual's performance and advances organizations and societies as a whole. People that place a high priority on skill development will be better able to negotiate obstacles, take advantage of opportunities, and maintain their competitive edge in their respective fields in the fast changing global scene.
