COLLEGE PLANNING & DEVELOPMENT COUNCIL
The College Planning & Development Council is established in the college with a view to introduce transparency in the Administration of the college and also to involve the Public in the planning and overall development of the college. The Committees can be reconstituted by the Commissioner according to the Bye – Laws of the council. The Principal of the college is the Ex-Officio President of the Council. The other members of the Council are nominated by the President/Principal as per the guidelines given by the Commissioner of Collegiate Education. The term of the members of the Council is 2 years.
The CPDC Committee comprises 18 members of partly from college staff & partly from the public of different personalities such as Educationalist, Philanthropist, Industrialist, Engineer, Doctor & Advocate, etc.,

Objectives:
- To elicit suggestions for the development of the college
- To consult the members for the promotion, coordination, proper planning and integral development of the college.
- To work for the fulfillment of the objectives of the CPDC
- To generate Funds for the development of the college
- To create conducive atmosphere for community participation in the college development
- To prepare a mechanism for mobilizing public contribution to enrich the college for better teaching and learning.
- To advise the college on all matters relating to overall development of the college such as provision of adequate facilities both economic and physical for raising the standard of learning and teaching.
- To update the syllabus in consultation with other experts to shape it in tune with the global dynamics
- To make the courses employable to cater to the needs of various industries and services.
- To restructure the courses to infuse scientific temperament and objectivity among the students
- To include the dimension of morality within the framework of the courses to raise students with a sense of social responsibility and constructive thinking.
